Position Summary

We are seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to solve complex business problems using AI.

You will embed with business teams, understand operational workflows, rapidly build AI-powered solutions, and deploy them into production.

As a key bridge between business needs and technical execution, you will transform ambiguous requirements into scalable AI applications that deliver measurable business impact.

You will work closely with customers, product teams, and engineering stakeholders to design, build, and deploy AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, semantic search, workflow automation, and modern cloud technologies.

This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located in LATAM who are comfortable working in English and Spanish within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do

🤝 Partner Directly with Customers and Business Teams

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and operational challenges
• Translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions
• Lead technical discovery sessions and solution design workshops
• Serve as a trusted advisor on AI capabilities, limitations, and implementation strategies

🧠 Build AI-Powered Solutions

• Develop AI applications leveraging:
  • LLMs
  • AI Agents
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Semantic Search
  • Workflow Automation
• Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on user feedback
• Build AI copilots, assistants, and decision-support systems
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business processes

⚙️ Own End-to-End Delivery

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support production AI solutions
• Work across the full technology stack, from backend services to user-facing applications
• Optimize performance, reliability, security, and scalability
• Drive adoption through training sessions, demos, and stakeholder engagement

🔧 AI Engineering & Platform Development

• Implement agentic workflows using frameworks such as:
  • LangGraph
  • CrewAI
  • Similar orchestration platforms
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Integrate foundation models including:
  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic
  • Gemini
  • Open-source LLMs
• Develop evaluation frameworks and guardrails for AI systems

📈 Drive Business Impact

• Identify opportunities where AI can:
  • Automate processes
  • Reduce operational costs
  • Improve decision-making
• Measure solution outcomes and continuously improve performance
• Influence product roadmaps based on customer needs and implementation learnings

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions
• Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications in production environments
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders

Technical Skills

Programming & Engineering

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience building production APIs and services

AI Platforms & Frameworks

Experience with:

• OpenAI
• Anthropic
• Gemini
• Equivalent AI platforms

Agent Frameworks

Experience with:

• LangGraph
• LangChain
• LlamaIndex
• Other agentic frameworks

Data & Retrieval

• Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Customer-Facing Engineering experience

• Familiarity with MLOps and AI observability tools
• Experience leading technical projects from discovery through deployment
