Essential Functions:
Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges, workflows, and objectives.
Independently decompose complex processes into actionable components that can be improved or automated using data and custom software solutions.
Design and deliver tailored tools, ranging from analytics dashboards to operational applications, that drive measurable value for the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineers, Data Strategists, and Data Scientists to deploy software solutions against complex problems.
Contribute to product development by recommending features, improving functionality, and enhancing user experience based on customer feedback and technical insight.
Apply AI-driven development tools and prompt engineering techniques to analyze data and optimize software performance and process efficiency
Strong understanding of relational databases, data profiling, data quality, and performance tuning.
Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data lakes.
Familiarity with AI concepts, including large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
Knowledge and practical experience applying process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean
Six Sigma, Agile, PDCA/PDSA, PMP) to support efficient and scalable analytics solutions.
Experience with Foundry or similar enterprise data platforms.
Prior experience in healthcare or clinical analytics environments
Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python, PySpark, TypeScript/JavaScript,
and React.
