Essential Functions:
- Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges, workflows, and objectives.
- Independently decompose complex processes into actionable components that can be improved or automated using data and custom software solutions.
- Design and deliver tailored tools, ranging from analytics dashboards to operational applications, that drive measurable value for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineers, Data Strategists, and Data Scientists to deploy software solutions against complex problems.
- Contribute to product development by recommending features, improving functionality, and enhancing user experience based on customer feedback and technical insight.
- Apply AI-driven development tools and prompt engineering techniques to analyze data and optimize software performance and process efficiency
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, and/or other related field.
- Three (3) years of related technical experience required. Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, Angular) and version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data profiling, data quality, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data lakes.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, including large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge and practical experience applying process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean
- Six Sigma, Agile, PDCA/PDSA, PMP) to support efficient and scalable analytics solutions.
- Experience with Foundry or similar enterprise data platforms.
- Prior experience in healthcare or clinical analytics environments
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python, PySpark, TypeScript/JavaScript
