Embed with customers — understand their workflows, pain points, and business goals to serve as their trusted advisor.
Help shape product direction — be the voice of the customer in product planning and feature prioritization.
Drive implementation and adoption — work hands-on with customers to configure, optimize, and scale their use of Duna.
Build relationships at all levels — from technical teams to C-suite executives, becoming their go-to person for anything product related.
2–5 years of relevant experience — strategy consulting (BCG, Bain, McKinsey), investment banking, solutions engineering, or startup experience.
Customer obsessed — you genuinely love solving customer problems and seeing businesses succeed.
Communication skills — strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Technical acumen — ability to deeply understand technical architectures and API integrations.
Project management skills — proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
