As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work alongside our founding team of engineers and product leaders to deploy Auctor against the hardest problems in enterprise software delivery. Your mission is to synthesize customer workflows, implementation methodologies, and product capabilities into solutions that fundamentally change how projects get done.
You'll immerse yourself in customers' most intricate implementation processes—from discovery calls to go-live. You'll partner with consulting teams, explore their documentation challenges, and configure our platform to scale their operations. This role requires a curious and analytical mindset, sharp product intuition, and deep empathy for the practitioners doing this work every day.
Meet with customer teams to understand their implementation methodology, pain points, and critical deliverables
Configure and customize Auctor's AI agents to match customer workflows and artifact requirements
Lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure teams are productive from day one
Identify opportunities to expand Auctor's value across new project types, teams, and use cases
Work directly with engineering to translate field insights into product improvements
Build and deliver demos to prospective customers across industries
Document best practices and create playbooks that scale our deployment approach
Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from consultants to practice leaders to C-suite executives
Travel to customer sites and industry conferences to represent Auctor

2+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, customer success, or solutions engineering—ideally in enterprise software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with technical concepts; comfort with data, APIs, and configuration (coding not required but a plus)
Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow) or implementation methodologies
Direct experience running or supporting enterprise software implementations
Background in requirements gathering, business analysis, or solutions architecture
Experience at an early-stage startup
Exposure to AI/ML products and their deployment
