The role
You'll be shaping and scaling the French market from the ground up.
You'll report to Edouard, Founding Operations Manager and work alongside the founding team Alexandre & Rémi.
What you will own
Drive end-to-end customer deployments by leading rollouts from start to finish with a stellar customer experience.
Lead high-impact ERP onboardings with a focus on speed, aiming for full delivery in under 6 months.
Master the technical configuration of the platform to ensure deployment efficiency and establish technical leadership.
Partner with Sales during demos and scoping sessions to guarantee a seamless transition to delivery.
Build the "deployment machine" by refining the scalable processes and tools needed for our rapid growth.
Engineer a world-class customer journey that sets the standard for our future expansion.
About you
Native French speaker and professional English proficiency — non-negotiable.
Proven track record (4–7 years) in managing complex IT projects or hands-on consulting with a strong track record of on-site delivery.
Master of stakeholder management who builds deep relationships but knows how to assertively say "no" to protect project scope.
Technically proficient with a solid grasp of Excel and SQL; experience with scripting or no-code tools is a major plus.
AI-native builder using AI tools and hands-on experience building agents (n8n, LangChain, or similar).
Product-minded leader who looks beyond task management to focus on building a scalable, long-term solution.
Based or willing to relocate in Paris with a genuine excitement for frequent travel to customer sites across France.
