As a Forward Deployed Creative, you’ll bridge creative potential and practical adoption. This is a hybrid role spanning roughly 40% Customer Success / Sales, 40% Marketing, and 20% Product. You’ll guide world-class creative teams to success, create content that inspires, and bring insights directly back into the product.
Customer Success / Sales Enablement
Partner with Sales on calls to demonstrate FLORA’s creative and business value.
Design and lead workshops that teach teams how to integrate FLORA into their processes.
Build custom FLORA workflows tailored to customer’s creative briefs, projects, and use cases.
Support customer onboarding and help teams integrate FLORA into their creative processes.
Marketing
Create tutorials, case studies, and campaign content that showcase best practices, creative use cases, and new product launches.
Host livestreams, webinars, and events that inspire the community and demonstrate the power of FLORA in real creative contexts.
Develop workflows, apps, and techniques for FLORA’s community page and content library.
Engage actively across social channels and at events to represent FLORA’s brand and connect with creators worldwide.
Product
Synthesize customer feedback to help improve the product.
Work closely with engineering and design to close the loop between user insights and product improvements.
Partnerships
Develop and execute strategies to help FLORA reach and engage specific creative industries.
Build relationships with creative leaders and organizations, turning early advocates into long-term partners and champions.
Domain Expertise & Versatility
You’re deeply grounded in a creative domain—whether design, marketing, fashion, film, or beyond. You understand the workflows, pain points, and language of that world, and can speak as a respected peer. At the same time, you’re versatile enough to jump into any customer context or industry and quickly show how FLORA can elevate their process.
FLORA & AI Expertise
You have hands-on experience with FLORA and AI tools—and more importantly, a genuine passion for them. You naturally experiment, share your discoveries, and can’t help but spread your excitement. You’re a practitioner at heart—someone who learns by doing and constantly pushes what’s possible with generative tools.
Customer-Facing Experience
You’re a natural communicator—personable, professional, and able to build strong relationships with creative teams. You can connect with customers across industries, understand their needs, and translate them into practical solutions. You love solving problems, teaching others, and enabling creative success. You’re comfortable being the face of FLORA in public settings—presenting on livestreams, at events, and in recorded tutorials.
Community
You’re an active member of the creative and AI ecosystem and bring both credibility and community with you. You know the conversations, studios, and emerging voices shaping the field, and you can represent FLORA authentically among them.
