In this role, you will work with enterprise customers to build and develop multi-modal Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents to augment their contact center and improve their end consumer experiences. You will be at the forefront of applying Google's exceptional Generative AI to solve real-world issues for our most customers. You will act as a specialized software developer embedded with key accounts, working to build, deploy, and optimize sophisticated AI agents on our Commerce Enabling Services (CES) platform. You will bridge the gap between our core product developing teams and customer needs, directly accelerating customer success and shaping the future of our AI products.
The Google Cloud AI Research team addresses AI challenges motivated by Google Cloudβs mission of bringing AI to tech, healthcare, finance, retail and many other industries. We work on a range of unique problems focused on research topics that maximize scientific and real-world impact, aiming to push the state-of-the-art in AI and share findings with the broader research community. We also collaborate with product teams to bring innovations to real-world impact that benefits our customers.
