OpenHands can write code, run commands, browse the web, and even solve GitHub issues end-to-end. We have a flourishing open source community, and we're looking for someone who can work directly with customers to implement our product, gather insights, and build solutions that improve both adoption and the core platform.
You'll be joining as one of our early hires, working directly with our founding team and engineering organization. We're building a culture that emphasizes kindness, candor, autonomy, and learning--and we'd love for you to be a part of it!
What You'll Do

- Serve as both the pre-sales and post-sales technical contact for strategic customers
- Help onboard and support engineering teams as they deploy OpenHands in production environments
- Build plugins, integrations, and internal tools tailored to customer needs
- Identify product gaps and recurring patterns, and feed insights back into engineering and product roadmaps
- Write production-quality code and contribute directly to the OpenHands codebase and plugin ecosystem
- Debug complex issues across systems and unblock customers with hands-on problem solving
- Document best practices and help build internal playbooks to scale FDE efforts
- Create technical content (e.g. guides, templates, demos) to accelerate successful adoption
- Influence product direction through direct user experience and field insights
- Contribute to the open source community by sharing learnings, examples, and tools
