Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 base + equity + commission

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions tailored to enterprise customer needs
Work directly with customers to understand workflows, identify opportunities, and translate requirements into production-ready systems
Rapidly prototype solutions, ship quickly, and iterate based on real-world feedback
Integrate APIs, data systems, and AI models (including LLMs) into scalable applications
Own end-to-end delivery—from initial discovery and design to deployment and optimization
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams on both client and internal sides
Manage relationships with 5–8 enterprise customers, acting as a trusted technical and strategic partner
Drive adoption, expansion, and long-term success of deployed solutions
Travel to customer sites as needed to support implementation and deepen partnerships
0–10 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, or similar roles
Proven ability to build and ship products or features from concept to production
Experience working with APIs, REST/JSON, and scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
Exposure to AI/ML systems, automation tools, or LLM-based applications
Strong problem-solving ability and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and a strong drive to succeed
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance technical and business priorities
Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco and travel as needed
Experience working at a startup or in highly autonomous environments
Prior experience building or deploying AI-powered products or automation systems
Familiarity with prompt engineering, agent-based systems, or LLM integrations
Experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity (e.g., solutions engineering, customer engineering)
Background as a founder or experience building side projects
Demonstrated achievements such as hackathons, open-source contributions, or entrepreneurial ventures
