This is a high-impact, hybrid technical role sitting at the intersection of engineering, customer delivery, and revenue enablement within a fast-growing SaaS environment. The position blends hands-on technical problem solving with customer-facing solution design, while also building internal automation systems that improve how go-to-market teams operate. You will work directly with strategic customers to design integrations and workflows, while also partnering with internal stakeholders to scale efficiency through automation and data visibility. The role plays a key part in accelerating deal cycles, improving win rates on complex opportunities, and reducing manual effort across sales engineering teams. In addition, you will help define how technical contributions are measured and reported across the organization. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong technical depth, product intuition, and the ability to operate across engineering, sales, and revenue operations.

This role is responsible for building scalable automation systems, supporting strategic customer integrations, and improving visibility into technical sales impact across the organization.

  • Design and build lightweight automation tools that support Sales Engineering workflows, including RFP automation, call summarization, configuration assistance, and follow-up generation.
  • Partner with strategic customers to design and implement integration patterns, data workflows, and scalable technical solutions aligned with long-term ownership models.
  • Develop reference architectures, documentation, and runbooks for complex customer implementations and forward-deployed engineering engagements.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Sales Engineering leadership to define and maintain reporting models that connect technical work to revenue outcomes.
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems that provide visibility into SE performance, pipeline influence, and win/loss analysis.
  • Create enablement materials, playbooks, and reusable technical patterns to improve team efficiency and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities for productization and continuous improvement by synthesizing feedback from customers and internal teams.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong customer-facing technical experience combined with a track record of building integrations, automations, and scalable solutions in SaaS environments.

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
  • Strong experience working with APIs, data workflows, system integrations, and automation tooling.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting, structured data analysis, and workflow automation tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across customers, engineering, sales, and revenue operations teams.
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, or operational metrics supporting go-to-market decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • AI fluency with the ability to responsibly leverage AI tools for productivity and workflow optimization.
