- Lead rapid prototyping, proof-of-concept development, and iterative solution refinement with enterprise stakeholders.
- Implement secure AI architectures, including RAG pipelines, identity management, data access controls, and governance frameworks.
- Conduct technical workshops, architecture reviews, and live demonstrations with both technical and executive audiences.
- Troubleshoot deployment, scaling, and adoption challenges in real time across customer environments.
- Contribute reusable assets, deployment accelerators, and best practices to improve AI delivery methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with customers to translate business needs into functional AI-driven workflows and solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, AI engineering, or enterprise software delivery roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and generative AI technologies.
- Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and enterprise identity/security systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or PowerShell.
- Experience building and deploying AI solutions in production enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, AI agents, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and vector databases.
- Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, AI governance, and data protection practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while working directly with enterprise clients.
- Experience with Microsoft security tools (Purview, Sentinel, Defender, Entra) and Power Platform is a plus.
- Certifications in Azure, AI, or Security are considered an advantage.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $165,000–$225,000 depending on experience and location.
