This role sits at the intersection of hands-on engineering and customer-facing solution delivery, focused on bringing enterprise AI initiatives into real-world production. You will work directly with large organizations to design, deploy, and scale AI-powered systems that move beyond experimentation into secure, production-ready environments. The position blends deep technical execution with consultative problem-solving, requiring comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous enterprise contexts. You will build and operationalize AI agents, integrations, and workflows across complex ecosystems. Working closely with stakeholders ranging from technical teams to executives, you will translate business needs into scalable AI solutions. This is a high-impact role where your work directly shapes customer adoption of modern AI platforms and architectures.
Accountabilities
You will lead the design, deployment, and operationalization of enterprise AI solutions, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs. You will bridge technical execution with client engagement, turning complex requirements into functional systems.
- Deploy AI agents and production-grade AI solutions across enterprise environments
- Build integrations, APIs, and workflows across platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Graph API, Power Platform, and enterprise systems like ServiceNow, SAP, and Salesforce
- Lead rapid prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and iterative solution development in client environments
- Implement secure data access patterns, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI guardrails
- Conduct workshops, technical demonstrations, and architecture reviews with stakeholders at all levels
- Support AI governance, observability, compliance, and security best practices in production deployments
- Troubleshoot real-time issues and ensure smooth adoption and performance of deployed AI solutions
- Contribute reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices to improve deployment frameworks
Requirements
You bring strong enterprise engineering experience with a focus on cloud, AI, and integration-heavy environments. You are equally comfortable coding solutions and communicating with executive stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, AI engineering, or enterprise solution delivery
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and related AI ecosystems
- Proficiency in APIs, identity and access management, and enterprise system integration patterns
- Strong coding or scripting skills in Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or PowerShell
- Experience with RAG architectures, AI agents, orchestration workflows, and vector databases
- Understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, and enterprise data protection practices
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced customer environments with tight delivery timelines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience working with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients is highly valued
- Relevant certifications in Azure, AI, or security are considered an asset
