This is a highly impactful, customer-facing role at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, and real-world problem solving. You will work directly with strategic clients to identify business challenges and rapidly translate them into scalable, AI-powered solutions. Acting as both a technical expert and implementation partner, you will design, build, and deploy workflows that drive measurable outcomes and adoption. The role combines hands-on engineering with deep collaboration across customer success, product, and engineering teams. Accountabilities:
- Partner closely with enterprise customers to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions and AI-enabled workflows
- Design, configure, and deploy production-ready solutions, ensuring rapid implementation and measurable impact
- Embed AI capabilities into operational processes, including prompt tuning, workflow automation, and output validation
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, integration, and workflow challenges in real-time customer environments
- Drive user adoption by defining success metrics, optimizing workflows, and supporting long-term usage growth
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to align on strategy, execution, and continuous improvement
- Train and enable customer stakeholders, including administrators and power users, to maximize platform value
- Contribute to scalable best practices, implementation playbooks, and product feedback loops based on field insights
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience implementing or configuring enterprise SaaS platforms in customer-facing roles
- Strong understanding of AI/LLM tools, including prompt engineering and applied AI workflows
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and translating business requirements into technical architectures
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently in remote, fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and concepts like RAG architectures is a plus
- Experience with workflow automation, enterprise integrations, or platforms such as CRM/ERP systems preferred
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering practical, scalable solutions
