Forward Deployed Engineer (Data)

Here's what we're looking for - A client-facing engineer who doesn't just build pipelines in isolation – you architect solutions that solve real business problems while standing in front of C-suite executives explaining why your approach will transform their operations.

You'll lead technical implementations on-site with enterprise clients, turning complex challenges into elegant solutions that deliver measurable ROI. This isn't about perfect code – it's about building demos that close deals and production systems that keep customers happy.

What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery sessions with client stakeholders, translating their pain points into actionable solutions

• Work directly with prospects during the sales process to prove technical feasibility

• Manage complex implementations from initial POC through production deployment

• Present technical solutions to executive teams and make the complex simple

• Build compelling POCs and demos that showcase what's possible with enterprise data at scale

• Design AI/ML workflows that automate business processes customers actually care about

• Architect end-to-end data pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft (good to have) and whatever integration tools get the job done

What you'll bring

• 3-5 years of enterprise data engineering with proven client-facing implementation experience

• Self-starter mentality with the ability to lead implementations in ambiguous client environments

• Worked with stakeholders across multiple data and engineering problems

• Strong Python and SQL skills with the ability to build robust data pipelines

• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into automated business workflows

• Excellent communication skills – you can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical executives

• Track record of building technical demos and POCs that help close enterprise deals

• Expert-level platform skills – Salesforce Data Cloud, APIs, Service Cloud, and case management systems (Good to have)
