SuperDial is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who thrives at the intersection of engineering and customer success. If you love solving complex technical problems, working directly with customers to implement AI-driven solutions, and ensuring seamless deployment of cutting-edge technology, this role is for you! As a key member of the SuperDial team, you’ll work hands-on with clients to integrate, optimize, and scale our AI-powered healthcare solutions in real-world environments.

About the role:

  • Work closely with customers to deploy, configure, and optimize SuperDial’s AI-driven solutions.

  • Develop and implement custom integrations, ensuring seamless interoperability with existing systems.

  • Act as a technical advisor, troubleshooting and resolving implementation challenges in real-time.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine and enhance the platform based on customer feedback.

  • Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring a smooth feedback loop for product development.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar hands-on technical role.

  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and API integration techniques (REST, gRPC, GraphQL).

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Ability to debug, optimize, and improve system performance in production environments.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset and strong communication abilities.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for high-impact customer deployments (as needed).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Athenahealth, etc) and healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, CDA).

  • You have experience with real-time data processing, AI/ML integration, or workflow automation.

  • You’ve built tools to enhance developer productivity and system observability.
