SuperDial is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who thrives at the intersection of engineering and customer success. As a key member of the SuperDial team, you’ll work hands-on with clients to integrate, optimize, and scale our AI-powered healthcare solutions in real-world environments.
About the role:
Work closely with customers to deploy, configure, and optimize SuperDial’s AI-driven solutions.
Develop and implement custom integrations, ensuring seamless interoperability with existing systems.
Act as a technical advisor, troubleshooting and resolving implementation challenges in real-time.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine and enhance the platform based on customer feedback.
Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring a smooth feedback loop for product development.
About You:
3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar hands-on technical role.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and API integration techniques (REST, gRPC, GraphQL).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to debug, optimize, and improve system performance in production environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset and strong communication abilities.
Willingness to travel occasionally for high-impact customer deployments (as needed).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Athenahealth, etc) and healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, CDA).
You have experience with real-time data processing, AI/ML integration, or workflow automation.
You’ve built tools to enhance developer productivity and system observability.
