Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Role

Our client is at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence into enterprise operations, reshaping how humans and machines collaborate. Their flagship products are Olympus (an AI-native analytics platform) and Athena (an artificial employee/AI agent).

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you'll operate at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and real-world enterprise challenges. This role is the cornerstone of their product strategy, as you will be the first engineer to implement a new product feature in close collaboration with a single customer ("engineering at the edge"). You will gain unique insights into vital global institutions and industries.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique operational environments and challenges.
• Design and implement solutions using the client's AI technologies (Olympus and Athena).
• Integrate their AI technologies into existing enterprise systems and workflows.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as the technical liaison.
• Contribute to core product improvement by providing crucial insights and feedback from field experiences.
• Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful technology adoption.

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or a similar technical role.
• A passion for seeing the direct impact of your work on vital industries.

• Salary: $160K - $220K
• Equity: Competitive
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Work Policy: Fully in-person, 5 days per week in the NYC office.
