Forward Deployed Engineer

We’re hiring for a Forward Deployed Engineer. It’s a multi-faceted role that will require all skills from programming to project management to people coordination.

You will be inside the largest enterprise building relationships (should enjoy talking to people and making magic happen), managing the operational rollouts (need to be organized and operationally excellent), and will most importantly be working in the Forge product to build automations and solve problems.

You should have a technical background with programming experience. Building in Clients entails using our new AI programming language that lets you mix structured programming control flow with unstructured English instructions. You will go deep with customers to understand the intricacies of their processes and problems, and deploy robust solutions with Forge to solve problems that our customers never have been able to before.

You should have the ownership mentality to do whatever is required to make the deployment successful.

Parts of the role:

• Conduct extensive process mining with customers, breaking down complex ambiguous processes into precise, actionable steps
• Leverage your programming ability to build robust automations using our AI-English-based programming language
• Architect and implement solutions that can scale and work reliably
• Work with the customer to iterate on implementations and drive adoption
• Communicate with customers and their cross functional teams to scale deployments from initial pilot to full production volume at customer sites
• Define and document best practices that will shape how we deploy to future customers
