About the Role
We are looking for Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to work directly within client environments, analyze business processes, and implement AI-powered systems. This role covers the full lifecycle from problem discovery to proof of concept (PoC) development and production deployment. You will collaborate with stakeholders across all levels and contribute insights to product development.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct analysis of client SaaS environments, workflows, and data flows
Identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements
Design and implement workflows using AI-based platforms
Build PoCs using LLMs and AI agents and scale to production
Integrate external SaaS tools via APIs
Handle full-stack development across backend and frontend
Support deployment, operations, and security compliance
Engage with stakeholders across the organization
Provide feedback to product teams based on client needs

Required Qualifications
3+ years of software engineering experience
Full-stack development capability
Experience using LLMs or generative AI
Cloud development experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Business-level Japanese

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in client-facing technical roles
Experience with enterprise SaaS implementation
Knowledge of AI agent frameworks
Data integration or ETL experience
Understanding of security fundamentals
Project management experience
English technical communication skills
