They work with large, complex organizations across sectors (e.g., hospitality, retail, healthcare, staffing), helping HR and operations teams streamline recruitment, automate workflows, and improve outcomes at scale. The Role
- Act as the technical bridge between the company and their customers in the Italian region, ensuring AI systems deliver tangible outcomes from day one
- Work directly with customer teams to understand workflows and define what success looks like in production
- Configure and extend the AI systems to drive faster time-to-value in real enterprise environments
- Operate as an engineer in the field: builder, problem-solver, and trusted technical advisor accountable for results
- Contribute to Product Engineering by turning field insights into scalable improvements that benefit all customers
What You’ll Do
- Deploy, configure, and customize the AI systems to unblock customer operations and accelerate outcomes
- Translate operational goals into technical workflows that improve speed, quality, or scalability
- Own the technical deployment lifecycle with a focus on reducing time from sale to value
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to deliver measurable customer impact, not just go-lives
- Turn effective customer solutions into reusable modules and playbooks to speed up future deployments

- Customers reach value quickly after deployment, with clear improvements in efficiency or speed
- Core customer workflows are re-engineered with AI and show measurable ROI
- The systems run reliably at scale and are trusted in day-to-day operations
- Technical solutions are repeatable and accelerate onboarding of new customers
- Product improves continuously based on structured feedback from real deployments
Ideal Profile
- Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to ship production-grade systems fast
- Experience working directly with customers (field engineering, consulting, or solutions roles)
- Comfort moving between high-level problem definition and hands-on debugging
- Experience with modern stacks (APIs, cloud, frontend/backend development) and AI systems in production (nice to have)
- Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a strong plus. Additional languages welcome.
