About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and driven forward deployed engineer with prior experience in customer-facing engineering roles to join our customer-facing engineering team. In this role, you will:

• 🤝 Power GTM with engineering: Support our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams with automations that accelerate our Go-to-Market.

• 🚀 Lead technical onboarding: Guide new customers through technical onboarding and tailor our AI receptionist to their specific needs.

• 🧠 Bridge customer needs and engineering: Implement custom solutions for our most important customers and act as a trusted technical partner.
