Leap is one of the fastest-growing benefits solutions and a category-defining pioneer in employer specialty pharmacy. We are reshaping how life-changing therapies are delivered and financed, ensuring patients get the treatment they need while employers finally get a fair deal.
Specialty drugs and infusions represent nearly 10% of all healthcare spend and are the fastest-growing cost category for employers. Leap tackles this challenge with a novel approach: eliminating hidden markups, expanding access to high-quality infusion providers, and bringing clarity and fairness to how therapies are priced and paid for.
We’re proud to partner with numerous Fortune 500 companies and leading TPAs. Each patient we serve creates immediate ROI: lower costs, improved access, and better care. Join us as we redefine what’s possible in specialty care.
Leap’s pharmacy program is scaling quickly, and this role will sit near the center of it. You’ll help build the analytical and operational infrastructure that drives durable, measurable savings — from procurement forecasting and pricing intelligence to partner integrations and the tooling that ties it all together.
This is a high-ownership, early-stage role with unusual breadth. You’ll play a foundational role in advancing Leap’s pharmacy infrastructure as the program scales, working cross-functionally with Clinical Ops, Member Growth, and Client Success to build systems that are rigorous, scalable, and commercially effective.
You’ll also work directly with external partners and operate on the front lines of Leap’s sourcing strategy. That includes helping shape partner relationships, supporting key negotiations, and improving the economics and infrastructure behind how Leap procures and delivers care.
You’ll have a front-row seat to some of the most unusual and costly dynamics in U.S. healthcare — and real leverage to help improve them. You’ll join a small, impressive team that moves quickly, operates with urgency, and sets a high bar for ownership.
This role reports to the SVP of Pharmacy.
