This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer - REMOTE. In this role, you'll act as the technical architect and execution lead for critical client implementations. Your contributions will fundamentally support organizations in making fair and confident pay decisions through the integration of complex data environments into a seamless platform. As a key member of the team, you'll leverage advanced AI tools to transform disparate data into valuable insights, while also ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for clients, driving true adoption of the platform.
Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end technical implementation for strategic clients.
- Utilize advanced AI prompt engineering for unique client cases.
- Design configurations that make the platform an indispensable part of a client’s workflow.
- Work with modern integration tools to migrate existing clients.
- Provide direct feedback to the Core Engineering and Product teams.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment as a Software Engineer or Technical Solutions Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python for ETL processes.
- Proficiency in leveraging LLMs and AI prompting to resolve technical product exceptions.
- Experience working with APIs and modern integration tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into platform configurations.
- Proven track record managing multiple technical workstreams simultaneously.
