Job Description:
You will act as a technical lead on high-stakes customer engagements, architecting and shipping custom AI software that transforms enterprise operations. Operating without PM layers, you will use Python, TypeScript, and the Palantir Foundry/AIP stack to solve mission-critical problems, moving from initial concept to production-ready workflows with uncommon velocity and ownership.

What you will do:
Conceive, architect, and maintain end-to-end applications that operationalize large-scale enterprise data for Fortune 500 clients.
Embed directly with customer teams to understand critical business objectives and translate them into functional, high-impact software tools.
Rapidly iterate on production-grade ML and LLM-based solutions using the Palantir Foundry and AIP ecosystem to drive tangible business outcomes.
The ideal candidate:
Proficient in Python or TypeScript with a track record of building applications that handle complex structured and unstructured datasets.
Demonstrates an "obsession with the win," possessing the grit to solve hard technical problems and the communication skills to lead client stakeholders.
Previous experience with distributed compute (Spark), React frontend development, or the Palantir Foundry platform is highly preferred.
