Strong internships or research experience in technical settings
Proficient coder with experience in at least one of: Python, Java, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript

Strong communication skills and eagerness to engage directly with clients
Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by high-impact work that blends engineering with problem-solving
Experience as a teaching assistant (TA) or peer mentor during college
Demonstrated leadership or ownership in past internships or professional roles
Prior experience in consulting, data-driven projects, or customer-facing technical roles
Interest in the insurance industry and/or regulated sectors
Previous exposure to complex data environments or enterprise software deployments
Base salary range: $135,000 – $200,000
Competitive equity package in a publicly traded tech company
Full relocation assistance to New York City
Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and wellness benefits
Generous paid time off and flexible travel requirements
Chance to make a meaningful impact at the intersection of technology and real-world problem solving
