Job Description:
As a founding member, you will bridge the gap between our Agentic AI platform and major financial institutions. You will build production-grade integrations, data pipelines, and "glue code" directly at client sites like Metro Bank. This role combines deep Python engineering with strategic customer interaction to automate complex banking workflows and drive enterprise-wide productivity.

What you will do:
Design and implement robust Python-based data pipelines and RESTful/GraphQL integrations to connect AI agents with legacy banking systems.
Lead technical architecture sessions with bank security architects and IT leads to unblock deployments and ensure production readiness.
Act as the critical feedback loop between the field and core engineering, identifying performance bottlenecks and defining new platform features.
The ideal candidate:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Forward Deployed or Full-Stack Engineering roles, with expert-level proficiency in Python.
Proven track record of shipping production-ready code in scrappy startup environments and managing complex technical stakeholder relationships.
Strong architectural mindset with the ability to navigate API integrations, security requirements, and data pipelines within regulated industries.
