Join an Accel-backed team of experts from Palantir and DeliveryHero to build the AI-native operating system for the physical economy. You will embed directly with industrial giants—from commodity trading floors to manufacturing plants—to architect, deploy, and scale mission-critical AI agents that transform legacy operations into high-velocity automated workflows.

What you will do:
Embed with customer operations teams to map complex workflows and deploy Arrakis OS within live environments like trading floors and procurement hubs.
Build and iterate on technical solutions in the field, translating operational chaos into resilient, production-ready AI agent architectures.
Partner with the internal platform team to bridge the gap between field feedback and the core product roadmap, defining deployment doctrine from scratch.
The ideal candidate:
Proven track record in forward deployed engineering or field engineering, with experience moving technical solutions from initial POC to full-scale production.
Technical expertise in building complex integrations involving APIs, databases, and LLM systems, coupled with strong system design and trade-off analysis skills.
Exceptional communication skills required to build trust and technical credibility with non-technical stakeholders, including plant operators and procurement directors.
