Compensation:

$75,000 - $90,000

The Role

You'll work directly with clients to build and deploy AI solutions. This means understanding their business problems, building the technical implementation, and ensuring it works in production. You'll be mentored by senior engineers while gaining hands-on experience in regulated industries.

What You'll Do

• Build and deploy RAG pipelines and AI-powered applications
• Develop backend services and APIs that integrate AI into client workflows
• Run evaluations to measure system quality and reliability
• Debug issues and optimize performance in production
• Create documentation and reusable code templates

Requirements

• 1-2 years of software development experience (internships, personal projects, bootcamps all count)
• Proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with LLMs and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• Basic SQL and database experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to share code samples (GitHub, portfolio, or code you can walk us through)

Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG pipelines or vector databases
• AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI exposure
• FastAPI, Flask, or similar backend frameworks
• Docker or CI/CD experience
