About the Role

This is not a typical engagement role — it’s an opportunity to own some of the most complex, high-impact problems in healthcare. As a Senior Deployment Strategist, you will be on the front lines with our customers, discovering their biggest challenges, translating them into actionable solutions, and driving measurable outcomes.

You’ll spend time onsite with clinicians, analysts, and operators to uncover pain points, map workflows, and design solutions. Then, you’ll partner with our Forward Deployed Engineers, product managers, and designers to integrate the right data, build scalable workflows, and launch solutions that transform how users work.

You won’t just deliver solutions — you’ll ensure they stick. You’ll lead trainings, present results to stakeholders from power users to the C-suite, and bring insights back to shape Commure’s product roadmap. One day you may be scoping opportunities in a new industry, the next you might be in front of executives showcasing what’s possible. If you thrive on variety, autonomy, and turning ambiguity into impact, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Discover & Define: Go onsite to deeply understand customer workflows, surface their most pressing problems, and design solutions that create measurable value.

  • Build & Deliver: Partner with engineers and designers to connect the right data, model it effectively, and build workflows that drive adoption and results.

  • Drive Adoption: Lead hands-on trainings, deliver compelling demos, and ensure solutions are successfully rolled out to new user groups.
Shape the Product: Translate field insights into product requirements, influencing our engineering and design teams to make Commure’s platform even better.

  • Grow the Business: Identify and scope new opportunities — from additional use cases to entirely new markets — and help turn them into reality.

What You Have

  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy & ops, product management, enterprise SaaS implementation, or a similar client-facing, solution-oriented role

  • A track record of solving messy, ambiguous problems and translating them into structured, actionable plans

  • Experience working directly with customers to understand workflows and co-develop solutions

  • Comfort collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver complex, cross-functional outcomes

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills — able to lead sessions with analysts and present confidently to senior executives

  • Organized, proactive, and ready to own critical workstreams end-to-end

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in healthcare IT, EHR integrations, or revenue cycle management

  • Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, or working with complex datasets
