As a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will lead the end-to-end development and deployment of generative AI-powered applications for enterprise customers. You will work closely with product, technical, and client teams to rapidly prototype solutions, integrate AI models, and turn experimental ideas into production-ready features. This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic insight, allowing you to influence both technical implementation and product roadmaps. Operating in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment, you will leverage cloud, DevOps, and AI technologies to deliver scalable, repeatable solutions while sharing knowledge to elevate the broader teamβs capabilities. You will directly impact customer success and the adoption of AI solutions across creative and operational workflows.
Accountabilities
- Collaborate with product, technical, and client teams to define requirements and co-develop generative AI solutions.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate AI applications, integrating feedback to deliver value quickly.
- Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications and microservices, including AI model integrations, APIs, and UX/UI components.
- Capture field-proven use cases and communicate insights to product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap.
- Develop reusable components, CI/CD pipelines, and governance processes to ensure repeatable and scalable delivery.
- Document best practices, playbooks, and AI patterns to accelerate team-wide innovation.
Requirements - 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer or technical consultant delivering production software (React.js/Next.js/Angular, Node.js, Java Spring Boot, REST/GraphQL, HTML, JavaScript).
- Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, including:
- Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.)
- Diffusion models (Firefly, Stable Diffusion, DALLΒ·E, MidJourney)
- RAG pipelines, vector databases, and semantic search
- Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimization
- AI agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex)
- Multimodal AI (text, image, video, audio)
- Cloud and DevOps expertise: AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, serverless deployments, CI/CD, and IaC.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset with startup DNA and adaptability to evolving AI trends.
- Experience with Adobe APIs/SDKs, Creative Cloud, or Experience Cloud integrations is a plus.
