Position : Senior Forward Deployed Engineer
Work Hours (Client) : 40 hours/week, 4 hours US overlap in a day CST
Pay Range : $4,000 - $5,000USD/month

Company/Client Overview:
The Company is a next-generation no-code and AI platform specifically designed for building complex, regulated healthcare applications.
You will act as the "Sustaining Engineer" for launched healthcare apps, helping customers with rapid resolution of logic, app, and database issues. This role focuses on post-launch support, troubleshooting, and advanced technical assistance for the company’s applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier-3 support for the company’s applications, including debugging and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis on complex database queries and automated workflows when production apps encounter errors.
- Execute minor feature requests and logic updates (e.g., adding a new HIPAA-compliant field or adjusting a clinician workflow).
- Monitor app performance and database health for enterprise-level healthcare organizations.
- Manage the transition from "Build" to "Live," assuming full ownership of client apps 30 days post-launch.
- Communicate with clients primarily via email or asynchronous channels.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement fixes and improvements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues and solutions.
- Assist in post-launch client support and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Developer
Industry: Healthcare experience a plus
- Strong developer background; capable of understanding and resolving complex technical problems.
- Strong tier-3 support skills (deep debugging expertise)
- Proficiency in databases, SQL, and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable working with English-speaking clients asynchronously.
- High attention to detail, patience, and ability to iterate on technical solutions.
