What You Will Do
As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will bridge the gap between groundbreaking technology and customer needs. In this first-of-its-kind role, you will:
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand their technical challenges and business goals.
- Design and implement custom solutions that integrate customer systems with the client’s platform.
- Lead deployment and integration projects, ensuring success from concept to launch.
- Build software integrations, develop ETL pipelines, and tackle real-world engineering problems.
- Work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to deliver scalable, lasting results.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites (up to 25%) to support project rollouts and strengthen partnerships.

Ideal Candidate Background
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5–10 years of experience in software development, solutions engineering, or forward deployed engineering.
- Hands-on coding experience, particularly in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience building software integrations and designing ETL pipelines.
- Proven success in customer-facing roles or project-based professional services.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a top-tier university.
- A track record of driving projects independently with strong customer communication skills.
Preferred
- Additional experience with Ruby, Java, Go, C, or C++.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
- Background in consulting from top firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where innovation and collaboration are key.
