About the Role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer who thrives at the intersection of customer engineering and technical development. In this role, you’ll partner closely with enterprise customers—guiding them from onboarding through ongoing platform adoption—while also building, iterating, and scaling core product features. This is an opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge AI applications in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to ensure they unlock maximum value from the platform
Build and scale features across the full stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python)
Develop AI/ML applications, including voice-to-text tuning and LLM prompting
Design APIs and integrate with enterprise systems
Rapidly prototype MVPs, ship features, and iterate based on customer feedback
Navigate complex enterprise organizations and stakeholders to drive adoption
Tech Stack
Frontend: React, TypeScript, Node.js
Backend: Python (strong emphasis)
AI/ML: Applied AI, voice-to-text, LLM prompting
Infrastructure: APIs, enterprise integrations
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
2–6 years of software engineering experience
Strong proficiency with Python and solid full-stack fundamentals
Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications or voice-to-text solutions is a plus
Prior success working with enterprise customers and navigating complex organizations
Strong communication skills—able to work directly with customers in technical discussions
Bonus: early-stage startup experience or background in logistics technology
CS degree required (top university preferred)
