 Job Description:

Our client, an insurance AI startup, is seeking a Deployment Strategist / Implementation Lead to play a critical role in modernizing the workers compensation ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and client delivery, and is ideal for someone who enjoys owning complex implementations, working closely with enterprise customers, and translating client needs into scalable product improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of an AI-powered claims platform for strategic enterprise accounts
  • Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for data ingestion and system integrations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and ensuring a smooth, successful rollout
  • Drive user adoption through onboarding sessions, webinars, and one-on-one trainings
  • Partner closely with engineering to communicate client requirements and provide structured feedback to inform product development
  • Technology Environment
  • Asana, Jira, API integrations, SFTP, ETL pipelines, AWS

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Implementation Management, Solutions Consulting, or Management Consulting
  • Profile that includes:
  • At least 2 years in a strategy consulting role (not limited to MBB), and
  • 1+ year of experience in a startup environment
  • Proven experience managing complex, data-intensive enterprise software implementations
  • Experience in insurance (P&C or Workers Compensation) is a strong plus
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and Jira
  • Comfort discussing API integrations, data mapping, and cloud environments
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build credibility with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, while also earning trust with frontline users
  • Low-ego, intellectually curious, and highly collaborative

Education:

  • Bachelors degree from a top-tier university preferred
