Role Overview
As a Deployment Strategist, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, product, and client success—helping customers unlock the full potential of the company’s AI platform. You’ll partner directly with users and decision-makers to understand their needs, translate insights into solutions, and shape how the technology is applied to their most critical business challenges.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Partner with customers to understand workflows, goals, and pain points—often embedding directly with their teams.
  • Collaborate with Forward Deployment Engineers to scope, prototype, and deliver solutions using the company’s AI platform.
  • Identify and interpret key datasets that drive customer decision-making and integrate them into scalable pipelines.
  • Design and refine workflows that solve meaningful problems and scale across functions.
  • Lead onboarding and training to ensure user adoption and long-term impact.
  • Present findings and strategies to stakeholders—from operators to executives.
  • Drive customer expansion by identifying new use cases and shaping account growth.
