Osprey Talent Solutions is supporting a veteran-founded mission integration and data platform services firm delivering operational capabilities to U.S. Government and National Security organizations. This organization works directly alongside mission owners to deploy and operationalize advanced data platforms that drive real-world mission outcomes across defense, intelligence, and federal environments.
We are seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead mission delivery, own customer outcomes, and drive operational adoption of enterprise data platforms. This is a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of product, operations, engineering, and mission execution.
This individual will serve as the primary owner of mission success within their assigned portfolio, working directly with mission stakeholders, engineers, and leadership to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and expansion of critical data capabilities.
Mission Context:
This role supports a high-visibility national security initiative focused on expanding operational deployment and adoption of advanced data platform capabilities within a government program environment.
The Deployment Strategist will work directly with government stakeholders to strengthen platform utilization, support operational integration, and help scale mission capabilities aligned with evolving program requirements.
This individual will serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise data platforms and will advise senior stakeholders on deployment strategy, capability development, and operational implementation.
The role operates in close coordination with technical teams, program leadership, and mission stakeholders, contributing to ongoing efforts to expand platform impact across mission-critical initiatives.
This position involves engagement with senior government decision-makers, technical leadership, and mission operators supporting high-priority national security programs.
Experience with the Palantir ecosystem, Maven, or similar enterprise data platform environments is highly valued.
