Our client is building the AI-native operating layer for large insurance enterprises, automating highly manual insurance workflows through a combination of AI agents and expert review systems.
They work directly with major insurers and are rapidly scaling after strong enterprise traction, with plans to triple headcount this year.

Own deployment and rollout of AI agents across enterprise insurance customers
Act as the primary strategic point of contact for customer success and expansion
Translate complex customer workflows into deployable AI product solutions
Lead discovery sessions with VP-level and executive stakeholders
Drive customer adoption, expansion, and measurable business impact
Build demos, pilot workflows, and deployment strategies
Partner closely with product and engineering to shape roadmap priorities
Surface customer pain points, edge cases, and product gaps
Turn ambiguous operational workflows into structured implementation plans
Drive executive-level ROI narratives and business reviews
Help scale deployment playbooks as the company grows
Operate at the intersection of customer strategy, product, and technical execution
2–6 years of experience in customer-facing technical or strategic roles
Background as an early-stage operator, founder, consultant, solutions engineer, or deployment strategist
Experience owning enterprise customer relationships directly
Strong stakeholder management across large organizations
Experience running structured discovery sessions
Comfortable working with technical product and engineering teams
Experience deploying AI / automation / technical workflow products preferred
Strong project management and operational execution skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity and build from scratch
Experience at forward-deployed / customer-facing technical companies
Background in consulting (MBB / Big 4 strategy arms)
Experience at AI deployment or infrastructure companies
Built customer demos, pilots, or workflow solutions
Experience working with operationally complex enterprise customers
Exposure to insurance, fintech, or enterprise operations workflows
Technical fluency with AI tools and agentic systems
