Role Overview
This is a deeply technical, client-facing role operating at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market.
You will work directly with enterprise clients to understand complex integration requirements, design solution architectures, and guide implementations from early-stage pilots through full production deployment.
This is not a surface-level solutions role.
You should be comfortable walking into a room with a client’s engineering team, breaking down their systems, whiteboarding an integration, and defending your technical decisions. Just as important, you’ll translate those learnings into clear direction for internal product and engineering teams.
You will play a critical role in ensuring customers successfully integrate and scale on the platform while influencing how the product evolves based on real-world usage.
