HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Deployment Strategist to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this client-facing technical deployment role within an enterprise AI startup environment.

Position Overview

The Deployment Strategist will own customer implementations from post-sale through full production rollout. This role operates at the intersection of engineering, product, and enterprise clients, ensuring that complex deployments are executed successfully and deliver measurable outcomes.

This position requires a hybrid professional who can engage senior stakeholders while also working directly with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership of outcomes, and can navigate both technical and operational complexity.

Core Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end deployment lifecycle across multiple enterprise clients

• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, including VP-level leadership

• Partner with customers to design data models, workflows, and system architecture

• Translate ambiguous business needs into structured execution plans

• Work directly with engineering teams to ensure accurate technical implementation

• Support late-stage sales cycles by advising on solution scope and feasibility

• Identify opportunities for expansion and long-term value creation

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Candidates must meet all of the following criteria to be considered:

• 2–5 years of combined technical and client-facing experience

• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Strong technical foundation (e.g., computer science background, coding experience, or engineering exposure)

• Experience working in client-facing roles such as consulting, solutions engineering, or technical account management

• Ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and executive stakeholders

• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

• Stable employment history with no job hopping

Candidates lacking either technical depth or client-facing ownership experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Technical Account Manager

• Experience at top-tier technology companies or high-performance environments

• Consulting experience with firms such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain

• Experience supporting enterprise deployments or large-scale implementations

• Familiarity with AI, data systems, or workflow automation platforms

• Experience in forward deployed engineering or solutions architecture roles

• Exposure to top-tier companies such as Palantir, Databricks, Scale AI, or consulting firms

HireNow Package

Work Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CA

Compensation: $130,000 – $190,000 base + equity
