Role Overview
As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between my clientβs platform and enterprise customers. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will own the end-to-end integration strategy, ensuring successful deployments at massive scale. You will combine strong engineering skills with outstanding communication and relationship management, working directly with enterprise customers to configure, optimize, and extend AI-powered workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the integration strategy of my clientβs AI platform into enterprise customer backends
- Partner with customers to understand their needs and set long-term strategy
- Build GenAI-powered agentic workflows and automation for billion-scale events
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise users
- Contribute to scripting, automation, and core product development where possible
Ideal Candidate Profile
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (required) - Will consider TN Visa
- Strong coding ability in Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar languages
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, or broader ML solutions, with understanding of failure modes and enterprise integrations
- Proven track record deploying enterprise B2B SaaS solutions at scale
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable leading customer-facing technical discussions
- Self-directed, thrives in ambiguity, and experienced in startup environments or with strong signals such as top-tier schools or leading technology companies

Salary:
$115,000 - $200,000
Salary varies by interview performance, level, and location
