2. What You Will Do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success—working directly with enterprise customers to design and deploy high-impact solutions.

You will:

• Embed directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows, technical requirements, and business goals.
• Architect and implement custom integrations, APIs, and workflows on top of the platform.
• Deploy and scale production-grade solutions within customer environments.
• Own deployments end-to-end, from scoping and design to implementation and launch.
• Build internal tools and reusable components to accelerate future implementations.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical systems and shipped solutions.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap based on customer insights.
• Drive successful launches, expansions, and long-term customer adoption.

3. Ideal Background

• Strong software engineering fundamentals in languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
• Experience building and deploying production systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience working on APIs, integrations, or data workflows.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-stakes environments with high ownership.
• Strong systems thinking across infrastructure, data flows, and reliability.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
• Proven ability to take projects from concept to production independently.
• Strong communication skills and a bias toward action.

4. Preferred

• Experience in forward deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Experience working with enterprise customers or large-scale deployments.
• Familiarity with AI/ML systems, data pipelines, or model-adjacent infrastructure.
• Experience building reusable internal tools or platform abstractions.
• Background in high-growth startups or fast-paced technical environments.
