Our client is a fast-growing venture-backed company applying advanced AI agents to billions of digital events each day, protecting millions of users from spam, scams, and abuse. Their platform is already trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises and high-growth tech unicorns. Despite being an early-stage team, they’ve reached over $1M in annual revenue, secured contracts in the $200–300K range with major enterprises, and are preparing for their Series A.
This is an opportunity to join a high-impact team in San Francisco working at the intersection of AI, security, and large-scale data.
Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of product integrations with enterprise customer data backends.
Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to design and deliver scalable AI-powered workflows.
Build GenAI-driven automation for billion-scale event processing.
Configure event types, graph structures, queues, and workflows to meet customer needs.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring ongoing success and adoption.
Conduct data ingestion load testing and set up actions/webhooks to optimize integrations.
2–7 years of experience as a forward deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or consultant (sweet spot: 1–2 years out of college with hands-on enterprise work).
Prior experience integrating with enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Salesforce, Palantir, C3 AI, Segment).
Background in software engineering with strong coding proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar.
Strong technical understanding of large-scale data systems and integrations.
Excellent communication skills for engaging both engineers and executive stakeholders.
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with a young, ambitious team.
Experience or strong interest in Generative AI (familiar with prompting, RAG, and current LLM models).
Previous customer-facing engineering or enterprise consulting experience.
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
Bay Area-based or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
Salary: $130,000 – $210,000 base + equity (0.5% – 1.0%).
Visa: TN sponsorship available (H1B not offered at this time).
