We are seeking a talented Software Engineer with 2–6 years of experience who thrives in customer-facing environments and can operate across the full technology stack. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating closely with enterprise clients, and contributing to a fast-moving, high-impact product team.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions across the stack (with an emphasis on Python).
Collaborate directly with enterprise clients and internal teams to understand needs and deliver impactful features.
Navigate complex organizational structures and multiple stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
Contribute to product strategy and technical direction in partnership with founders and senior engineers.
Take ownership of end-to-end product outcomes, from concept through deployment.
2–6 years of experience as a software engineer in customer-facing or client-driven environments.
Proven success working within complex enterprise organizations and managing multiple stakeholders.
Experience in early-stage startups (particularly as a founder or founding engineer) or at tech-forward logistics companies is preferred.
Product-based side projects (apps, not just websites) are a strong indicator of fit.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CS degree required).
Preference given to candidates from top 25 universities.
Strong technical fundamentals across the stack, with deep proficiency in Python.
Familiarity with AI/ML applications or voice-to-text technologies is a significant plus.
