Work directly with senior leadership to deliver high-impact solutions to top-tier clients and help shape the customer success org from the ground up.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer (Software Engineering), you’ll serve as the bridge between product, engineering, and the client.
You’ll help deploy, integrate, and customize LLM-powered AI platforms across enterprise systems—delivering immediate impact and shaping future product iterations.
Own end-to-end backend or full-stack implementation for enterprise deployments.
Integrate LLM workflows and APIs into customer infrastructure.
Customize platform capabilities based on client needs and feedback.
Serve as a technical voice in client meetings, surfacing insights to internal teams.
Collaborate with Deployment Strategist and Data FDEs as part of a delivery pod.
3–5 years of backend or full-stack engineering experience.
Professional experience building or deploying production-grade systems.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Exposure to LLMs, NLP, or related AI workflows.
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
Experience in regulated industries (insurance, finance, healthcare).
Familiarity with Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, React.
Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.
Prior experience in early-stage startups or customer-facing technical roles.
Base Salary: $150,000 – $180,000

Remote: U.S.-based candidates considered; must be available for late-evening calls with Korea-based HQ when needed
