What You Will Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy machine learning models that optimize insurance workflows.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and improve system performance.
• Develop and maintain Python-based applications to support client-specific solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring successful implementation of software solutions.
• Work closely with product teams to gather feedback and iterate on features that enhance user experience.
• Participate in troubleshooting and debugging of software issues, ensuring timely resolutions.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of experience in engineering or a related field, with a strong focus on Python.
• Proven track record of deploying machine learning solutions in a client-facing environment.
• Experience with data analysis and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred

• Familiarity with the insurance industry and its unique challenges.
• Experience in a startup environment or fast-paced technology company.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or tools that complement Python.

Compensation and Benefits
