What You Will Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement full-stack solutions that enhance user experience.
• Develop and maintain robust applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time to ensure seamless deployment and operation of software solutions.
• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements and provide tailored support for their unique needs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of learning and growth.
• Analyze system performance metrics and implement enhancements to drive scalability and reliability.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–6 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• Proven track record of deploying applications in a B2B environment, with a solid understanding of API integrations.
• Experience working in a hybrid team setting, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred

• Experience with AI technologies or machine learning frameworks.
• Previous involvement in client-facing roles or support engineering.
• Knowledge of Devtools and their applications in software development processes.

Compensation and Benefits
