ABOUT THE ROLE

You're part engineer, part technical advisor. Half your time is building — backend systems, automation workflows, agentic pipelines. The other half is working directly alongside enterprise clients to translate complex requirements into scalable architecture.

This is a high-ownership role. You're shaping how systems get built from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design and deploy scalable backend systems powering enterprise agentic AI Work directly with Fortune 500 clients to turn business needs into technical architecture Partner with product, research, and platform teams on end-to-end delivery Build cloud-native services and automation workflows across AWS, GCP, or Azure Contribute to open-source projects relevant to our platform and deployments Help shape engineering culture as an early member of a fast-growing team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of backend or platform engineering experience
• Strong systems design fundamentals
• Proficiency in Python; experience with Rust or Go a plus Solid understanding of cloud architecture and distributed systems
• Comfort with ambiguity, high autonomy, and fast-moving environments
• Genuine curiosity about agentic AI systems and modern open-source tooling Ability and willingness to work directly with customers
