Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Requirements 

• 3–8 years total experience (ideal range: 3–5 years)
• At least 3 years in a customer-facing SE or technical pre-sales role, with direct exposure to live customer environments
• Strong experience in identity and access management domains: IAM, Zero Trust, SSO, OAuth
• Hands-on exposure to tools such as Okta, Azure AD, Auth0
• Solid cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, including working inside customer cloud environments
• Comfortable being embedded with customers during pilots, proofs of value, or deployments, and supporting them through real-world use cases
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer onsite work, workshops, or implementations as needed
• Background at identity security, cloud security, or access management companies
• Must be based in NYC or the NYC metro area
• Hybrid to office in mid-town (close to times square) 3X a week
