About the Role

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who thrives in high-velocity, customer-facing environments.

You’ll be embedded directly with clients to design, build, and deploy AI systems that automate complex workflows in the financial and compliance domain.

This role requires someone who can combine strong analytical skills with practical software development capabilities — someone who’s as comfortable discussing customer needs as they are debugging code or shipping production features.

You’ll work hands-on across the full lifecycle: scoping, building, deploying, and scaling intelligent systems that power critical operations.

What You’ll Do

• Build, configure, and launch AI agents to automate real-world workflows.

• Write production-grade backend and full-stack code (Python, Java, TypeScript) to integrate with existing systems and platforms.

• Translate ambiguous customer requests into actionable technical specifications and deliver working solutions rapidly.

• Manage reliability, performance, and security across client deployments.

• Serve as the technical point of contact for key accounts, ensuring trust through delivery speed and impact.

• Collaborate closely with leadership and product teams to feed customer insights back into the platform roadmap.

• Travel as needed (approximately one week per month) for deployments and customer engagements.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, integration, or customer-facing technical roles.

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Java and TypeScript.

• Experience building or deploying AI-driven systems or process automation tools.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

• Self-starter mindset with a bias toward ownership and end-to-end execution.

• Ability to work extended hours and thrive in a demanding, fast-moving environment (onsite 8am–8pm, six days/week).
