About the Role

We’re hiring Forward Deployed Engineers who thrive at the intersection of AI innovation and real-world business impact.

This role blends hands-on technical execution with direct exposure to C-suite leaders and customers across industries.

You’ll embed directly with multiple organizations in 9–18 month sprints, uncovering opportunities, designing solutions, and deploying production-grade AI products that drive measurable outcomes.

This is an entrepreneurial, high-trust environment where engineers own the end-to-end process—from discovery and prototyping to deployment and scaling.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered products inside established companies.

• Partner with executive and technical teams to identify high-impact opportunities and translate them into scalable systems.

• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and evolve MVPs into production-grade solutions.

• Work across full-stack development, integrating modern AI/ML frameworks into existing infrastructure.

• Present progress and insights directly to senior stakeholders.

• Travel 40–60% to partner sites for discovery, implementation, and deployment.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience building software systems with strong full-stack fundamentals.

• Hands-on expertise with modern AI/ML frameworks and production deployment.

• Proven ability to rapidly prototype and iterate in dynamic environments.

• Exceptional client-facing communication skills, with comfort presenting to executives and collaborating closely with developers.

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to thrive in high-autonomy roles.

• Willingness to travel frequently (40–60%) and spend extended time on-site with clients.
